Fairbridge Inn Express Pittsfield

I enjoyed the room and the somewhat classic feel of the Fairbridge Inn...the outside corridor, etc. Mona was very helpful in giving me the room placement I requested...I'm a musician and needed to practice, albeit softly, on an an acoustic guitar in preparation for a performance at an even in the area. Also, she received a package I'd had sent to the hotel which she handed me upon arrival. Finally, the location was excellent...conveniently across the street from a shopping center.

Have been there before and always was satisfied with the service We had a good time.

Room was very quiet & clean. Staff were helpful & courteous. Good location. Well worth the value.

The manager was so kind and generous. I forgot his name but he is between 35 and 45 yrs of age. The one level rooms were great for luggage and parking right outside the door was excellent.
